from any notary operating in Turkey
3. District Governorate Approval Process:
For the international validity of the signature and content of the power of attorney, the
district governor’s office must be applied to approve the power of attorney issued by the
notary public. This process aims to provide the official approval required for the apostille of
the power of attorney
4.Northern Cyprus Consulate Apostille Process:
If you intend to use the power of attorney in Northern Cyprus, the power of attorney must
be apostilled. The apostille process is an official confirmation to ensure the international
validity of the document.
5. Sending the Power of Attorney to Northern Cyprus and Ministry of Foreign Affairs Approval:
Once the power of attorney issuance process is completed, the approved power of attorney
must be sent to Northern Cyprus. Before using the power of attorney in Northern Cyprus,
final approval is obtained from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the document is ready for
